Your Huntr boards are, by default, private and accessible only by you. There are two cases where a board is shared with other users:
1. When you, through our board sharing feature, have taken the necessary steps to share your board with another Huntr user. In this case your board will be accessible by that user.
2. Huntr offers a product for career centers in educational and career coaching institutions which allows them to provide their job seekers with one or more Huntr boards. These institutions can invite their members to create a board with Huntr to track their job search. If an organization you belong to has sent you an invitation to create a board with Huntr and you've accepted that invitation, then the resulting board will be shared with the organization. An example of this would be a career advisor who has sent you an invitation to create a board under your University's Huntr account, if you've taken the steps to accept the invitation to create a board, then the board will be shared with your University's career advisors.
Our respect for your privacy extends to the data you input into our website over the normal course of using our services. We will not share your data with third-parties, except where required by law, to protect our own rights, or to provide a service to you. We may, however, disclose anonymised and aggregated versions of this information for business, marketing or public relations purposes. We will only retain your data for as long as necessary to provide you with a service.
