Position Description:

Hard skills: Must Have
• Experience of designing in an agile environment or working with Lean UX or Design Sprint.
• Good knowledge in UI tools like 'Sketch, Photoshop, and In Vision'
• ability to deliver graphics to be used in development for ex. Icons (Creation of Icons)
• Extremely strong UI design skills, with a keen sensitivity for composition and usability flow.
• Collaboration with developers.
• Good understanding and base in research how data and instinct play into decision making for the users.
• Experience in User Research methods like Interviews etc.
• Experience in establishing and curating style guides.
• understanding and meeting user needs.
• Experience in designing User Interfaces for mobile and web applications.
Soft skills:
• Generally strong self-drive and enthusiastic about learning
• Strong drive to secure quality in all aspects of development (quality over quantity)
• Analytical thinking skills
• Team player
• Extensive experience from working in a scrum/agile environment.
• Good Communication.
