Our IT Support Team is responsible for provisioning, managing, and supporting Enterprise Applications which is consumed by internal business functions for supporting customers. We collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to deliver the best applications, products, and services.

As a System Support Engineer II, you will work closely with business and technical teams. You will be responsible to understand IT application requirements and deliver them in the most efficient way. You will work on technical challenges to troubleshoot issues and deliver resolutions effectively.

As a Systems Support Engineer II, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as an App Business Support SME, providing strategic tech solutions.
  • Monitoring alerts and Integrations to identify potential issues and provide support.
  • Owning the incident and service request life cycle to ensure progress and resolution updates to customers.
  • Following internal SLA and OLA agreements and to ensure high-level quality of service is delivered.
  • Building and maintaining a support knowledge library to document issues and resolutions for our internal customers

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor's degree and have experience in roles in Security.
  • Have min 4+ years Oracle HCM Techno-Functional experience, including 1+ end-to-end implementation and support project.
  • Be hands-on in OIC, HDL, BIP, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and Fusion Analytics.
  • Have functional experience in any Core HR, ORC, Compensation, Talent Management, Benefits, and Learning modules.
  • Be experienced in SQL /PLSQL and HCM Tables. And Experience in Design Studio, Develop Studio and Sandbox.
  • Manage escalations and troubleshoot issues while continuously focusing on the long-term customer vision and strategy.
  • Have excellent communication and written skills to articulate technical information to internal teams and external customers.
