The Financial Analyst will be responsible for billing statements, AR aging report and implementing strategies to mitigate credit risk. How you will achieve success:

• Perform reviews or our weekly and monthly billing statements and provide feedback to Accounting and leadership on gaps and opportunities
• Maintain a healthy AR aging report; assist with providing accurate and timely reporting
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate credit risk and improve cash flow
• Work to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation with the AR function
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management and executive leadership on AR analysis; perform Ad Hoc reporting as needed

What experiences will help you in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or a minimum of 5 years experience in an accounting or finance role
• Previous experience in accounts receivable management or financial analysis role preferred
• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting; strong analytical skills, attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in process improvement initiatives or automation projects is a plus; ability to drive processes into new technologies
• Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced, high-volume work environment; a passion for seeing tasks through completion
