What Awaits You:

Consumer Marketing:

· Define and execute MAC's marketing strategy for the Swiss market.

· Develop and manage the 360° omnichannel marketing plan, spanning all media channels.

· Strategically allocate A&P spend in collaboration with internal and external partners.

· Translate consumer calendars into detailed animation and promotion plans for retailers.

· Support Key Account Managers in preparing discussions and executing promotional calendars.

Trade Marketing:

· Create detailed animation and promotional plans by retailer, including brand.com collaborations.

· Drive innovation and continuous improvement in trade marketing

· Translate global marketing plans into dealer-specific activation and promotion plans.

· Support key account managers in meetings with brick-and-mortar and online retailers.

· Initiate and plan B&M events in line with new product launches and trends.

Leadership:

· Manage 2 direct reports (Trade Marketing Executive & National Make Up Artist)

· Manage 1 indirect report (Earned / Owned Media Executive)

What You'll Bring:

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

· 5-8 years of experience in consumer and trade marketing, ideally in FMCG or premium cosmetics.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.

· Strong conceptual marketing and business storytelling skills.

· Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams.

· Excellent communication skills in German and English; French fluency is a plus.

· Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.

· Proven people management success
