Help Flexport fix the user experience in global trade The opportunity:

We're looking for a Warehouse Operations Associate to help build our European Ground Network. This individual will coordinate all Air, LCL, Transload, Trucking and Warehouse activities in Europe and help drive efficiencies, and continually look for ways to improve operations in the Northern European market, all while being a member of the Global Warehousing Team.

You will:

- You will be responsible for day-to-day operations in our network and coordinate seamlessly with other Flexport teams, Customs and our subcontractors to ensure shipments meet client cargo standards and turnaround times

- You will help build and implement operational infrastructure and procedures, while developing Flexport processes and systems

- You will develop and track KPIs of our subcontractors in order to inform areas of opportunity and operator performance management

- You will act as a consultant to global operations teams on all aspects of warehousing

- You will continuously identify and execute on improvement opportunities.

You should have:

- BA/BS degree and minimum 1-2 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding, supply chain or consulting (airfreight or LCL knowledge is a plus)

- Excitement to manage relations and create best-in-class operational structure

- Hands-on, process oriented, structured thinker with strong problem solving capabilities

- Strategic vision and ground floor execution

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

- An obsession with client happiness; you succeed when they succeed
