Partnerships Account Manager

Job Description

As a Partnerships Account Manager, you will onboard and develop passionate content creators by building communities within Twitch. You will be the point of contact for key broadcasting partners in North America. As the ideal candidate, you are familiar with the creator market, have strong organizational skills, client management experience, a customer service mentality and the ability to execute under evolving timelines. You also have a passion for gaming and the desire to turn that passion into a career. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partnered content creators
• Create, manage and execute local strategic initiatives which provide value to broadcasters
• Proactively gather feedback on Twitch products and present to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with all relevant internal stakeholders (Marketing, Legal, Trust & Safety, PPS, GCS teams)
• Identify, recruit, and grow prospective creators who fulfil community partnerships criteria
• Identify networks of creators with shared interests and audiences with the goal of fostering growth in emerging communities

Requirements

• 3+ years account management experience
• Understanding of important business metrics and how to properly convey those to broadcasters as well as internal stakeholders.
• Must be organized, strategic, creative and be able to clearly communicate how plans will deliver against organizational goals
• Ability to provide value-added recommendations to enhance our systems and programs
• Self-starter mentality - must be able to effectively work independently and autonomously
• High degree of accountability and sense of ownership

Bonus Points

• Strong existing relationships with gaming or non-gaming community content creators
• Familiarity with Twitch as a broadcaster
• Previous employment at a games industry and/or broadcast media company
