Responsibilities:

• Lead daily Procure-to-Pay and Cash Management workstreams while ensuring transactions are handled accurately, efficiently, and timely
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual close packages including balance sheet reconciliation compilations, income statement variance analysis, and budget to actual analysis
• Partner in the management of financial report maintenance, generation, and distribution
• Build & implement process improvements and control enhancements for business processes and accounting policies
• Assisting in the completion of annual audit and preparation of consolidated financial statements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or business.
• 2+ years of experience in public accounting and/or equivalent accounting experience in industry
• Knowledge and proficiency of SEC reporting and GAAP accounting rules
• Advanced Excel and data management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously, and as part of a team, in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
• Exceptional ability to lead and drive multiple, complex initiatives simultaneously
• Highly motivated, self-starter with strong attention to detail and desire for continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

• Consumer internet experience
• Big 4 accounting experience
• CPA or equivalent
• NetSuite experience
