Job Description

Quora's mission is to share and grow the world's knowledge, and people who contribute to Quora are key to this mission. Quora's Writer Relations Lead will support contributors with answers to product questions, requests for moderation support, and support for programs such as Top Writer and Global Meetup Week. As part of the Writer Relations team, you will play a dynamic role in helping early adopters, active contributors, and influential figures find success on Quora in English. Your work will help shape product decisions, improve programs and features targeting our active contributors, and lead to a better experience.

Responsibilities

• Help attract, encourage, build, and manage Quora's writer community
• Be an active member of Quora
• Evangelize Quora's policies and take responsibility for major moderation decisions affecting active writers
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to better understand Quora's active contributors

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience growing and managing online communities
• Experience working with technical teams at product-centric companies
• Thoughtful usage of Quora and passion for our mission

Minimum Qualifications

• Passion for being part of an active online writing community
• Proven ability to work independently with enthusiasm, energy, and drive
• Above average communications, writing, and editing skills
