Your future challenge:

As Recruitment Manager in our EMEA team, serving 20+ countries in the region, you will take ownership of a team of sourcing and recruiting professionals that has been growing and developing into a center of talent expertise which in turn supports our dynamic & complex hiring environment. You will be instrumental in managing day to day operations of the team including driving best in class sourcing and recruiting practices , anticipating and mitigating roadblocks and challenges, addressing issues, and providing solutions, guidance and coaching where needed.

You will be leading, mentoring and managing by example , having direct responsibility for day-to-day operations management with focus on customer experience and in alignment with regional leadership to ensure customer talent needs and expectations from multiple stakeholders are met and exceeded where possible.

You will share recruiting knowledge and expertise regarding finding, attracting and hiring the best talent for Intel's constantly changing needs.


Qualifications

To be successful in the role, your profile includes following areas of expertise, skills and competencies:

  • proven leader with at least 5+ years of experience in people manager role within talent acquisition, HR or similar area (demonstrated track record of results in building strong and cohesive teams, inspiring and developing team members to deliver excellent results and constantly strive to extend their capability, as well as holding the team accountable for results, provide tools, coaching, recognition and rewards to motivate and energize)
  • strong knowledge of European talent market , including competition, supply & demand trends, education landscape, C&B outlook
  • demonstrated ability to work and deliver results in a dynamic, cross-functional, matrixed and team-oriented environment; ability to build network, develop alliances and work through people
  • strong execution capability: able to prioritize, create solutions and devise action plans, negotiate for resources and support , drive collaboration and manage stakeholders to make and deliver to commitments through structured and pragmatic organizational processes
  • data-driven approach to decision-making that leads to increased operational efficiency and effectiveness (including good understanding of and experience with ATS and CRM tools)
  • strong negotiation and influencing skills with a balance of problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
  • high flexibility and agility to be able to deliver in a fast-paced, ever-changing and high-volume environment, ability to be strategic and tactical when needed
  • excellent communication skills (fluent English)
