What you’ll be doing...
The Marketing Automation System Specialist is responsible for supporting marketing efforts related to data management, lead management programs, and analysis of performance metrics. This role will contribute to the development of automated lead management programs and processes; and assist marketers in answering key business questions around attribution and lead flow.
Some of the things you’ll be doing include ...
- Assist Marketing Automation team with list imports, customer data updates, and data-related tasks/projects.
- Maintain contact database health in core demographic fields by producing automated programs designed to maintain data quality.
- Create dashboards and analysis in Tableau
- Promote data best practices across targeted groups and deliver training to drive engagement with self-service data management tools.
- Use Eloqua and Alteryx to deliver timely and relevant lead management programs, data cleaning programs, and notifications to help drive leads through the sales pipeline.
- Use tools like Tableau to analyze leads generations programs and follow-up programs, constantly testing new ways to drive more leads and more conversions.
- Maintain objects in Eloqua critical to the success of automated programs including, but not limited to email signature rules, tasks and activities, and other filters used for data health.
Who you are...
- Experienced . 2-5 years’ experience in marketing automation/operations. Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation preferably Eloqua, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Technical. Knowledge of marketing operations, automation, data flows, as well as best practices for sales and marketing processes. Familiar with Tableau Software, experienced with SQL and Google Big Query, with an understanding of relational databases. Understanding of predictive scoring.
- Technical. Understanding of relational databases required, with database administration as a plus.
- A Problem Solver . Strong analytical and problem solving approach. Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
- A Strong Communicator . Able to build highly effective working relationships that align sales and marketing, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detailed. High attention to detail, process, and precision.
- Educated. BA/BS degree in marketing or business or equivalent related experience.
