What you’ll be doing...

The Senior Integrated Marketing Campaign Specialist is an instrumental role on our Integrated Marketing Team and a significant contributor to drive overall go to market strategy and end to end customer experience. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, this role will work with Integrated Marketing leads to drive key global marketing efforts. This role will collaborate across all departments in marketing including product marketing, digital marketing, corporate communications, editorial and creative, email, operations, international and partner marketing.

Some of the things you’ll be doing include...

• Strategy and Planning - Work with Integrated Marketing Leads to build and drive the campaign execution strategy and plan that aligns to set goals for a particular audience or initiative.
• Go-To-Market Execution - Develop, implement, and support orchestration of execution components for key initiatives, including cross department coordination (thought leadership, events, social media, blogs, webinars, emails and websites, etc.).
• Global Collaboration & Scale - Team up with regional counterparts to ensure campaign strategy and assets will drive marketing effectiveness in the region. Builds standardized bill of materials to ensure consistent and scalable campaigns. May support field, partner marketing, and events efforts as needed.
• Database Marketing – Determine the best ways to segment and leverage databases for greater campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analytics & Performance Optimization - Works with Integrated Marketing Leads and channel teams to analyze and optimize creative, nurture and campaign performance against goals. Manages team dashboard and reporting cadence to support the learning and feedback loop for the campaign optimization.
• Program Management – Support the development and management of the overall Integrated Marketing Program. Help maintain program documentation, program tracking and support team communications when needed.

Who you are...

• Experienced . 3-5+ years’ experience in marketing, with at least 1 year working on integrated campaigns.
• A Problem Solver . Strategic marketer who is inquisitive and proactive in terms of ideas and innovation.
• A Strong Communicator . Strong people skills especially working to align functional teams and multiple stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detailed. Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks.
• Educated. BS/BA degree in marketing or equivalent related experience
