7Geese is growing fast and we’re seeking talented full time machine learning engineers and data scientists to help continue the performance management revolution. The Role

• Research and implement new features related to data and machine learning. These might involve NLP, recommender systems, classification algorithms, or other techniques and tools
• Improve and continue building out our data pipeline
• Work closely with our product squads to uncover insights and data trends to inform new product development
• Help our customer success team develop reports that make our customers more successful
• Work with the leadership team to answer questions which allow our business to move forward

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience
• Experience with Python and some aspect of machine learning or data analysis
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Comfortable working independently in a small team
