You’ll develop, drive, and execute the recruiting strategies and serve a team of recruiting professionals focused on identifying, engaging, assessing and winning top talent in all markets Flywheel serves.

• Has a track record of building relationships with meet-ups, user groups, and local education institutes

THIS ROLE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR...

• Leading, building and mentoring a team of Talent Acquisition professionals
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with client groups by providing regular status updates, collaborating on hiring needs, and delivering custom and executable recruiting plans
• Developing innovative and scalable solutions to build diverse candidate pools through a variety of channels to meet strategic hiring objectives
• Liaising with the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and internal stakeholders (L&D, Total Rewards, EEBPs, People Operations, and Finance) to execute against all priorities
• Driving key initiatives, facilitating/leading meetings, and participating and leading projects in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team, client groups, and business partners
