Chief of Staff

Scalable Press is creating forward-thinking technology and infrastructure to reinvent the mass customization industry. We are on an incredible growth trajectory and we're looking for an experienced Chief of Staff . Serve as a trusted advisor to our CEO in assessing business operations, strategy, and growth. The position provides critical support for the leadership team and must embrace the breadth of responsibilities in a rapidly growing startup.

Responsibilities:

• Define, drive and improve operational processes across business initiatives
• Steer the business into making data driven, strategic decisions
• Organize and execute on OKR planning
• Manage complex, multi-faceted strategies and projects across a wide range of business units and priorities
• Organize and prioritize critical issues and information to facilitate effective, fast decision making for the CEO and leadership team
• Provide strategic research for CEO
• Serve as an interface with our legal team
• Ensure prioritization alignment across executive team
• Assist in executive communications
• Promote alignment of cultural values
• Ensure essential information to the leadership team and is synthesized and streamlined effectively

Qualifications:

• Deep quantitative and analytical skills
• Excellent ability to communicate with executives and employees
• A passion for operational efficiency
• Undergraduate or Masters degree in business, engineering, or sciences
• MBA is a plus
