The Role: Scalable Labs is looking for Senior Software Engineers who can build the next generation of e-commerce products that will engage users looking to purchase custom designed and printed goods. You will work closely with product managers to lead engineering teams in conceptualizing, building, and testing new software products in global markets. In this role, you will:

• Own and execute carefully crafted user experiences on our React/ Node.js stack
• Collaborate on architecture design with team leads
• Stay on top of and strategically utilize new e-commerce features and developments
• Improve upon the modularity and consistency of our code base
• Provide mentorship for new teammates and spread good coding practices
• Step beyond your comfort zone and work on diverse problems
• 跟上產品迅速成長的腳步並制定相應的解決方案
• 負責精心優化使用者體驗的 React/ Node.js /GraphQL 程式
• 與團隊負責人合作,從零開始打造產品並進行架構設計
• 掌握最新的電子商務功能和發展並加以利用
• 改善 code base 的一致性並將之模組化
• 負責帶領技術團隊成員,組織內部交流和培訓,養成良好的 Coding 習慣
• 走出舒適圈並面對各式各樣的問題

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 5 years industry software engineering experience
• Experience in web development using modern tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• 基本條件
• 2 年以上的相關工作經驗
• 具有 Web 應用程序開發經驗
• 具有 資料建模經驗
• 具有資訊工程相關、電機電子工程相關、資訊管理相關科系的學士學位
• 基本的中英文溝通能力
• 加分項目
• 5 年以上的相關工作經驗
• Node.js , MongoDB, React, GraphQL, Kafka 等網頁開發技術
• 曾待過新創科技公司,喜歡新創公司的彈性與快節奏的開發步調
• 具有從零開始建立架構並建立新產品的開發經驗
• 具有領導開發團隊的經驗
• 能夠流利的使用中英文溝通

Preferred requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering, or entrepreneurial experience
• Experience architecting and building a product from the ground up
• Product-oriented and analytical, familiarity with product-driven growth strategies
• Experience working with and leading a global team
• Strong working proficiency in English
