Broadway is looking for a New York-based resource who will partner with our end-users on the trading floors of some of the world's leading financial institutions. This role requires a geek-meets-adventurer personality that thrives on facing challenges head-on in new and unfamiliar environments. You will be backed up by our world-class team of developers and have an arsenal of diagnostic tools at your disposal.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivating and managing relationships with traders via in-person meetings and phone calls
• Rapidly diagnosing and resolving issues relating to smart order routing, trading algorithms and end-user GUIs
• Creating end-user documentation and contributing to the knowledge base
• Thinking on your feet to address issues ranging from execution quality optimal user interface configurations
• Analyzing large data sets and presenting actionable feedback to internal and external customers
• Proactively preventing future problems by devising both tactical and strategic solutions

Requirements:

• 2-5 years previous experience supporting traders is a MUST
• Strong attention to detail, self-management, initiative, discipline, and follow-through
• Exceptional problem-solving ability
• Pristine written and oral communication skills
• Unrelenting dedication to customer success
• Bachelor’s degree – finance, economics, or engineering preferred

Strongly Desired:

• Familiarity with SQL
• Familiarity with at least one scripting language (preferably Python)
• Familiarity with fixed income markets (cash and futures)
• Familiarity with the foreign exchange (FX) market
