Job Description
Communications Intern
This is a paid, ten-week internship during the summer of 2020.
Job Summary
As a Communications Intern at Novo Nordisk your duties may include
- managing at least 1 area improvement project
- gaining exposure to all aspects of People & Organization (P&O) activities to understand the full employee lifecycle
- contributing new ideas to apply what you have learned in the classroom and reconcile how this theory operates in practice
- learning how to navigate a global and local HR organization to accomplish project tasks
- interacting with employees at all levels outside of HR to understand their needs and how P&O contributes to a positive work environment and culture
- preparing and delivering a presentation to management on the details of your project at the conclusion of the internship
- performing other duties as assigned
Required Education: - Must be a rising junior, rising senior or graduate student at the time of application
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in English, Communications, Human Resources or related field
Organization/Planning: - Able to develop and manage action plans to achieve targets
