HR Business Partner

Job Description

The HR Generalist will work as a collaborative member of the Human Resources department in a rapidly changing, complex and fast-paced environment. Working collaboratively with the HR Manager, this position will manage, organize, and implement comprehensive HR programs that include, but are not limited to employee relations, project management, investigations, policy development, HRIS database management, data integrity and analysis, developing and generating reports, and providing support to end users.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience providing broad-based HR support to Managers and Employees on Employee Relations, HR policies, compliance, manager training, payroll, compensation, and performance management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• BA/BS in Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.
• Familiarity with local employment and wage law.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion; maintain confidentiality.
• HR expertise in change management balancing business needs and fostering an employee-first culture.
• Coaches and assists managers with employee relations issues, ensuring proper procedures are followed related to discipline, termination, and leave activities.
• Experience working remote to a US-based headquarters a plus.
