We believe Recruiting Operations is the strategic foundation that will take our recruiting team to the next level of excellence. Now at 180 employees, this role will be a game changer as we look to 2x our headcount next year! There are also opportunities to manage Recruiting Coordinators and partner with PeopleOps.

- Programs: Design internal programs and initiatives, and build relationships with external partners that focus on driving engagement, diversity, employment branding, etc.
- Data & Reporting: Manage recruiting dashboards and reports against metrics and industry benchmarks, while ensuring data integrity
- Training: Develop and implement trainings for our Recruiting team, interviewers, and wherever else has high impact
- Additional ad-hoc projects within the G&A org in partnership with PeopleOps and Finance (eg. headcount planning and budgeting)
What does success look like in this role?
- 4+ years of relevant experience in the fields of recruiting, operations, analysis
- Understanding key recruiting metrics, their significance, and how to derive them
- Experience working through change management and ability to clearly communicate reasoning behind a change using data
- Track record of taking ambiguous projects and turning them into successful programs
- Intellectual curiosity about how to best support the recruiting team and hiring managers
- Passion for building and optimizing processes, consistently striving for operational excellence to up-level the Recruiting team
- Rigorous attention to detail, organization, and presentation skills
- A track record of accountability, strong work ethic, and integrity to reach aggressive goals - demonstrating a sense of urgency and ownership
