General responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain a strong content marketing plan to be delivered through our social media channels, Newsletters and Web.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize content development and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Support the Acquisition team content execution in terms of:
  • Definition of Micro moments and suitable content to maximize CTR and actions.
  • Own A/B content tests to maximize performance.
• Collaborate with the Branding and PR & Coms departments (and their partner agencies) to ensure that every campaign digital journey maximizes engagement and leads to conversion and that digital and offline content is consistent across channels.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Job Requirement:

• University degree in IT, Programming or Computer Science.
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience as Business Analyst, IT Project management or related areas
• Confident in working with IT on Business Requirements capture. Proven success in design, development and digital marketing initiatives
• An understanding of digital marketing and selling, a vision for its growth, and a commitment to apply this in the insurance industry
• Good technical, digital and delivery skillset is preferred
