The Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring the organization is running as efficiently as possible. Operations Analysts will use supporting data to review workflows, business process, and system abilities to help resolve problems and help make informative decisions and recommendations. Analysts will work closely with business partners to meet and exceed the needs of both internal and external clients. Overall goal of the Operations Analyst is to help the business accelerate revenue, reduce costs, improve service delivery metrics, enhance the customer experience, and operate more efficiently through policy, system, and process improvements. Strong attention to detail, innovative thinking, and positive, professional attitude is a must in this role.

• Independently conducts basic report development, queries, data analysis
• Provides actionable insights and guidance to the business for metric improvement
• Assists with mid to complex analytics tool development, queries, and analysis of KPI metric data in order to identify potential behavioral compliance issues, system enhancements, or policy/process modifications
• Provides input to and communication of program/project plans to all stakeholders
• Contributes to overall program/project plans including timelines, dependencies and associated risks
• Reviews data for controlling and monitoring functions to ensure positive impact to metrics
• Maintains business applications and/or reporting processes, as required
• Engages guidance from mentors as appropriate

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business/telecom or related experience. 2-3 years experience in Operations, Process, or Management related role. Reporting and data analysis to support insight delivery and process improvements efforts

Basic Qualifications:

• Innovative individual that is quick to learn and an advocate new technologies
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with heavy emphasis on Excel & Power Point (including pivot tables and charting)
• Experience building and maintaining business reports using tools like Excel & Power BI
• Basic SQL query building experience
• Experience contributing on cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of occupational workforce
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
