Recruiter TeeChip is on an incredible growth trajectory and we're looking for a Recruiter to help us build the future of on-demand manufacturing. We’re a bootstrapped and profitable startup. Our growth comes from customers and sales in our diversified product range, not funding booms and busts.

What you'll do:

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
• Source and calibrate candidates
• Conduct interviews and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Develop strategies to promote employer brand awareness positioning TeeChip as a top employer
• Promotes and protects TeeChip's employer brand and guarantees a meaningful candidate experience
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Maintain confidential personnel records
• Report monthly staffing statistical information

What you need:

• Proven recruiting experience and track record of success
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Hands on experience with various steps in the hiring processes(interviewing both phone and face to face, reference checking etc)
• Ability to organize skill assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, IQ/EQ tests, etc)
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) Greenhouse preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• BS/MS in Human Resources Management
