E-Replenishment Manager - Ecommerce Channel

At L'Oreal, Beauty is our passion and Innovation is fuel for driving us to the destination. As consumers' behaviors have changed a lot in the past few years from offline to online channel, L'Oreal as a provider, we have adapted ourselves in order to support consumers precisely.

Our E-Commerce channel has been expanded and we are looking for an experienced candidate who has solid background in supply chain to join a new challenging opportunity in the E-Commerce team.

Here are the scope of responsibilities, you will be exploring if you agree to join the team

• Manages end to end supply chain (DC to Consumer) for their platform: Define the ideal working inventory, replenishment calendar and supply parameters to ensure healthy working inventory across all platforms
• Maximize online sales opportunity by ensuring good ATP% (Availability to Purchase) for each platform through periodic stock monitoring, especially during campaigns
• Able to support dynamic commercial plans within short notice
• Manage supply constraint situation by aligning with all stakeholders on stock allocation and recovery plan
• Able to maintain the inventory quality by consistent monitoring working closely with commercial and marketing team on Liquidation plans

If you think you are ready for the new exciting journey and you have qualifications matched with the below criteria, which are:

• Male or Female with education background in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related functions
• Solid experience in Supply Chain and E-Commerce is preferred
• can collaborate with Commercial, Demand & Supply planners and resolve issues on stock allocation
• Highly process oriented and ensures the processes are carried out as per the calendar.​
• Able to extract data from different systems and work with different tools and excel ​
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage different stakeholders within the organization​
• Proactive in communication and timely escalation​
