Nexient is looking for an experienced QA Automation (Selenium) Engineers to join our team at our Delivery Center in Columbus, OH

The Software Quality Engineering Analyst is a critical and respected member of the team, responsible for improving products. Quality Engineers are assigned to ensure that new products, platform enhancements, and upgrades delight our clients’ customers. This person will work as part of a distributed software engineering team.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and execute test automation frameworks and test automation suites
- Evaluate and maintain existing manual and automated test cases & procedures
- Perform load and stress tests using enterprise level test automation tools
- Interpret test results and prepare comprehensive test reports
- Participate in project-wide reviews of requirements, system architecture and detailed design documents
- Act as key point of contact for other test engineers with automation needs
- Manage and maintain physical, virtualized and simulated test environments
- Identify and resolve issues that arise when integrating the application software with other software components
- Assist in reviewing and determining amount of code coverage of unit tests
Experience & Skills:
- 2 - 8 year's experience in Software QA Automation
- Experience with Selenium AND one of or more of the following tools - Appium, Jmeter, TestNG, POSTMAN, Quality Center
- Experience with Web Services testing
- Experience with API testing
- Deep level of knowledge in test automation design, frameworks, and iterative development
- Design, develop and execute test automation frameworks and test automation suites
- Experience planning, designing, and implementing testing strategies and automation infrastructure for large scale system software
- Evaluate and maintain existing automated test cases & procedures
- Perform load and stress tests using enterprise level test automation tools
- Interpret test results and prepare comprehensive test reports
- Participate in project-wide reviews of requirements, system architecture and detailed design documents
- Act as key point of contact for other test engineers with automation needs
- Manage and maintain physical, virtualized and simulated test environments
- Identify and resolve issues that arise when integrating the application software with other software components
- Reviewing and determining amount of code coverage of unit tests
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Master's is preferred.
