Plans, organizes and directs culinary staff associated with patient menus and recipes including Room Service, House Menus, and Gero Psych Service and maintains all Hospitality Suite patient and retail foodservice recipe files. Manages ordering for department food, nonfood and smallwares supplies; oversees food production equipment maintenance program; establishes and monitors culinary staff cleaning plan in conjunction with Head Chef Retail and Catering Operations. General responsibilities include financial and resource management, personnel management, marketing and quality control in conjunction with the Head Chef of Retail Services & Catering Operations.
