We are looking for a Technical Account Manager with a track record in B2B technical support and partnerships. At <intent> we have some of the leading brands in online commerce who trust us to deliver the best experiences for their consumers. Our ideal candidate is a fiercely motivated technical support lead who demonstrates exceptional drive and good commercial acumen. This is a high-impact role in a fast growing business and an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about developing a presence in a new region. This position is located in Kuala Lumpur.

What You Will Do:

  • Learn and maintain an understanding of <intent>’s platform from a technical and business perspective
  • Crisply communicate to internal and external stakeholders in order to help drive successful partner onboarding experiences and guide product enhancements.
  • Participate in partner calls and meetings, providing technical expertise and guidance to potential and existing partners
  • Understand partners’ media and strategic needs and ensure they are met and prioritized accordingly
  • Support integration projects and partner launches.
  • Proactively look for opportunities to increase the scope of relationships from initial implementation and sell them to our partners
  • Ensure accurate configuration of campaigns within <intent>’s ad server management tools.
  • Provide first line partner support and issue troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with team members to efficiently identify, report and resolve product issues
  • Develop strong, multi-dimensional relationships with our e-commerce travel partners
  • Manage the day-to-day tasks on launches, tests, and general support, acting as our partner guru, project manager, key point of contact, and the face of <intent> to these major partners

About You:

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is a keen technologist with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Is passionate about building strong client relationships,, and is driven to find solutions that work well for both the partner and <intent>
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Is organized, methodical and accurate
  • Has a good level of technical proficiency across a range of platforms
  • Is intensely curious, creative, & collaborative
  • Is able to work both as part of a team and individually to achieve goals

Qualifications & Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years of technical account management, technical customer service, ad operations, partnerships management, client services support or similar experience
  • Has a good level of technical proficiency across a range of platforms
  • Familiarity with modern browser technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, cookies)
  • Ability to quickly understand varied business objectives and translate these into a technical solution
  • Computer Science, Communications, Business or related degree, or relevant experience
  • Understanding of the digital media / online advertising landscape is strongly desired
  • E-Commerce or online travel experience with significant exposure to online performance media
  • Outstanding relationship and interpersonal skills and a natural inclination towards relationship building
  • High energy, hungry and enthusiastic team player with the ability to work well both autonomously and within a group environment
  • Stellar written and spoken communications; can easily simplify complex topics into clear and impactful presentations
  • Comfort structuring and driving analysis to identify and pitch growth opportunities
  • Passion for working in an early-stage environment and to build a business
