About the Position
As an Ad-IP Support Team Member, you will join an Engineering team responsible for the development and maintenance of the Xandr-wide integration application, which receives, transforms and allows consumption of data between various 3rd parties and Xandr. Ad-IP (short for Advertising - Integration Platform) uses the latest technologies and programming languages and is an integral part of Xandr’s core mission.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for performing application monitoring and response as well as application problem management and resolution.
• Performs application change management and implementation
• Handles scheduling, tuning and configuration of application and infrastructure components
• Must be on call 24X7 in the event of an outage and must be knowledgeable about the specific applications supported
• Communicates effectively and clearly in writing and verbally.
• May require maintenance or configuration of other associated software or hardware components required for the application to work

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Linux/UNIX, including shell scripting
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis of system and application issues
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with good analytical skills
• Basic understanding of information systems and their components
• Onsite-Offshore model working experience
• Knowledge of Jira ticketing system
