Aon Is Looking for A Health and Benefits Consultant - Small Market
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Health and Benefits Consulting business group within Aon in our Denver, CO office. This person would support the Aon Local Advantage (ALA) Team throughout the Denver market.
Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Consultant level
Your Impact as an ALA Health and Benefits Consultant
The Aon Local Advantage (ALA) is Aon’s approach to the smaller employer segment. The typical client size is employers with 100 – 500 employees. In this market segment, clients are predominantly fully-insured and traditionally on a commission basis. However, we also support non-complex, alternatively funded, and self-funded clients through the ALA team. This position will work closely with the ALA Account Executive as well support resources such as Analysts and Financial Underwriters.
