About the Role: We provide our clients with a comprehensive view of strategic communications that leverages our integrated suite of services, including financial communications, corporate reputation, transaction communications and public affairs in all the major markets around the world. Our leading and dynamic team is looking for a recognised and experienced leader to join us. S/he would have an inherent understanding of the TMT sector, able to grow and develop the practice through strategically advise and support clients, mentor and be a sounding board for the team.

We are looking for a colleague with extensive industry experience who is a recognized as a trusted advisor in the market, is dynamic, creative and who thinks strategically. Respected in the sector and ready to focus on senior client advice and management, new business generation and developing the team. You will be cooperating closely with FTI’s other offices, segments and our international TMT professionals in strategic communications, economics, corporate finance, forensic litigation consulting and technology.

Your goals would be to help drive the sustained growth of FTI Consulting (helping clients deal with complex, multi-jurisdictional, multi-disciplinary issues); further develop dynamic and talented individuals, supporting initiatives on business development (innovative approaches), deepening relationships; contribute to and safeguard FTI Culture (entrepreneurial and independent) and be the role model.

As a mentor and coach, you would develop, motivate and inspire, encourage broad thinking; drive commercial success.

What You'll Do: • Drive and plan profitable and ambitious sustainable growth beyond the Brussels bubble. You will proactively identify and pursue new leads, within the Brussels bubble and thinking beyond the global client. You will respond to incoming requests, cooperating with other teams and offices on joint pursuits, and convert identified opportunities to profitable clients. You will work with and alongside other senior members of the company on business development activities such as pitch preparation and delivery. • Create speaking, marketing and partnership opportunities for FTI Consulting. • Provide senior-level sounding board advice to FTI account leads and teams, client contacts and C-suite executives. • Anticipate potentially difficult situations and be able to evaluate alternatives with senior executives. How You'll Grow: You will have the opportunity to work and mentor a dynamic and multinational team of experts and to work closely with other FTI offices and segments. You will work in some of the most challenging and fascinating public policy issues currently being tackled in Europe – including privacy, data, AI and the regulation of platforms and media.
