Job Description
The Client Engagement team is a group of specialists that will be checking in with properties to educate them on our product, maximize listing health, and gauge sentiment to mitigate churn.
Here is what you'll do as part of the team:
- Build and grow relationships between Apartment List and our current clients
- Proactively reach out to property managers and onsite teams to understand their sentiment, train on the Apartment List product and help resolve pain points
- Act as the scheduling liaison for the client engagement team, which requires high outbound call/email volume
- Ascertain quantifiable data from our clients and report findings to greater sales/ sales ops. organization
- Identify new business and upsell opportunities for our sales organization
Here are the skills and experience you'll need to be successful:
- Entry level position; college degree preferred
- Must have the technical aptitude to learn our proprietary tools, technologies and processes
- You are organized and detail-oriented, have a competitive and entrepreneurial spirit, have a “can-do” attitude and possess excellent communication and presentation skills
- Previous customer service experience required
- Be comfortable learning and working within software systems like Salesforce, Groove, and Chartio
