The Strategic Finance team is focused on solving some of Curology’s most pressing business challenges. You will support strategic decision making and model out the financial impact of new opportunities. You will make what is complex simple and build elegant models that are both accurate and easy-to-understand. You will work cross-functionally on key initiatives with a direct and quantifiable impact on our P&L. The role requires someone who is highly analytical and strategic, approaches problems in a structured manner, and is comfortable with ambiguity.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Finance & Business Operations.

What you'll do:

• Own the company’s financial model; develop a strong understanding of key financial levers
• Model out the P&L impact of business initiatives and provide recommendations that aid decision-making
• Help shape the company’s long term strategy by researching potential growth opportunities and modeling out their financial impact
• Assist with board materials, fundraising, diligence requests, and other investor facing presentations on an as needed basis
• Assist with company-wide budgeting and forecasting
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, fulfillment, support, medical, and accounting teams to lead and support new strategic initiatives

What we're looking for:

• 4-6 years of prior experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategic Finance, or Business Operations highly preferred (prior experience at a high-growth start-up is a plus)
• Strong financial modeling skills and a very high level of comfort with Microsoft Excel
• Strong presentation skills and high level of comfort with Microsoft Powerpoint and/or Google Slides
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and action plans
• Prior experience with SQL is a plus
