At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Help Desk technician you will be trusted to support proprietary CMS information systems and software designed to collect and transmit Medicare beneficiaries’ clinical assessment data to a federal repository.

This is a full time temporary opportunity.

Education

HS/GED

AAS degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience preferred

Qualifications

  • Good customer service/communication skills
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred)
  • Proven experience in a Call center environment (preferred)
  • Tech savvy with a good understanding of computer systems and other tech products.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Customer-oriented and cool tempered
  • Fluency in speaking Spanish would be a plus
