Provides installation, maintenance and troubleshooting support of information systems applications and related peripheral hardware.
Level 1 Technician (low-voltage technician) is responsible to perform a variety of tasks, specifically to assist in exchanging existing wireless access points with new wireless access points in hospital/healthcare environments. Must be responsible, self-motivated, service-oriented with good technical aptitude, willing to perform variable field-based assignments at client locations.
Must be able to work as part of a team with management, survey engineers, core engineers and other Technicians in a fast-paced environment.
Need to possess attention to detail, be able to multi-task and learn quickly.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is a nationwide enterprise wireless upgrade project and involves removing and installing wireless access points using ladders, scissor lifts or similar lifting devices from 8’ to 25’ above the floor with some tools as required.
Must be able to work on and carry up to 5 ft to 12 ft ladders throughout the day.
