We’re seeking a curious and enthusiastic Sales Enablement Specialist who loves solving complex problems to help us continue to build the world’s next great financial infrastructure company. This is a pivotal role where you will partner directly with our sales team to enhance sales performance by improving sales productivity and efficiency, in order to drive revenue. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will improve critical processes, craft and facilitate sales team training and content, and partner with sales leadership, sales operations, and marketing to drive strategy execution.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leadership to uncover business needs, design solutions to address these needs, launch and measure the success of those solutions
- Manage cross-functional efforts that impact the sales team while effectively executing against defined plans
- Design and develop Sales Enablement solutions across a variety of mediums (i.e. classroom, virtual, eLearning, content, coaching, video, on the job support, etc.) to improve the way we sell into various markets
- Measure the impact of Sales Enablement solutions and make changes if needed
- Assist Sales Enablement Manager in the coordination and management of internal sales events
- Partner with Enablement partners and sales leaders to execute on key events like Sales Kick-Off and Sales Leadership Summit
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in sales enablement
- Proficiency in building lasting relationships with senior level sales managers
- Able to effectively manage competing priorities while meeting swift deadlines in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Experience leveraging standard eLearning tools (Workramp, Captivate, etc..) and knowledge management tools (Guru) to create effective learning programs
