We're looking for an SDR Lead to join our Investor Services! As an SDR Lead at Carta, you will be the leader of the IS SDR organization and driver of our IS outbound strategy. Successful candidates will draw on leverage past SDR experience to coach and train their team to drive new opportunities for Carta with venture capital funds.

Responsibilities

    • Be a leader, career coach, and driving force to build an SDR team that embraces hard work, owning their own development, and building relationships in the venture space
    • Drive regimented operational execution and guide the daily activities of SDRs
    • Exceed revenue targets of the IS SDR team and over-achieve on quota performance
    • Design and execute outbound strategies and campaigns to drive opportunities
    • Advise on hiring needs and execute on the IS SDR hiring strategy
    • Build our IS SDR training program in collaboration with our sales enablement team

Qualifications

    • BA/BS1+ years as a top performing SDR (or outbound sales role)
    • One of the following at a high-growth tech company:
    • 1+ years of quota carrying sales role1+ years of sales management experience
    • 1+ years in sales strategy or operations
    • Consistent track record of consistently exceeding against quota and outlined metrics
    • Strong experience working with Salesforce.com and Marketing Automation platforms
    • Knowledge of SaaS and/or subscription-based business sales models
    • A combination of top tier communication skills and superior analytical abilities

Nice to Haves

    • Experience leading a team of sales development reps in consistently meeting goals
    • Demonstrated track record of effectively hiring and motivating team members
    • Understanding of the venture space and start-up world
