Product Designer, Core Team

What you’ll do:

• Report to the VP of Design
• Partner closely with your PM and Engineering partners on the Core Product team to drive toward significant business and UX results (we staff for a 1:1:1 ratio of Designer, PM, and Engineering lead)
• Partner with our talented and growing design team to drive quality into all areas of our product
• Help define our Design System
• Improve and implement a design process that focuses on high quality, fast iterations
• Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering partners to represent the design team, and give feedback in planning and product channels
• Recruit and interview new Product Designers, and actively improve our inclusive design hiring process.

We'd love to hear from you if:

• You have at least 4 years of experience creating best-in-class product design for SaaS company (enterprise software experience a plus)
• You have a compelling portfolio showcasing the breadth of your experience
• You have a proven track record as a designer who can own solving complex user problems
• You can design within an iterative process while working with your product manager and engineering partners
• You have the ability to think about product as a system and how different features work together to achieve a goal
• You take pride in creating and maintaining excellent design standards, as well as championing design best practices
• You have excellent written, verbal, and storytelling skills
• You're excited about teaching, learning, and working collaboratively across teams
• You have a strong point of view and like to voice your opinions, but are eager to change them based on dataYou thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
