Reporting to the Vice President for Human Resources, this position will create and lead the HR Technology Strategy including HR Analytics and Insights, Business Process, Operations and Governance.
This role has a high level of collaboration across the enterprise of Boeing and within the Aurora Flight Sciences network. This position will be responsible for the management of all HR systems, processes and data-related services.
Reporting to the Vice President for Human Resources, this position will create and lead the HR Technology Strategy including HR Analytics and Insights, Business Process, Operations and Governance. This role supports Aurora Flight Sciences, a subsidiary of the Boeing Company. This role has a high level of collaboration across the enterprise of Boeing and within the Aurora Flight Sciences network. This position will be responsible for the management of all HR systems, processes and data-related services.
The incumbent will work closely with Business Leadership and HR colleagues, as well as colleagues within Payroll, Finance, Information Technology and the entire Boeing community. In partnership with other leadership positions in the Human Resources Department, this position will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for best practices in systems related to data management in the functional areas of human resources to include benefits, compensation administration, employment, performance, records and training management. This position will define business needs and requirements and identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and overall employee experience including leveraging existing and new technologies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree.
10 years experience developing technology strategy in a human resources environment and leading business process analyses.
Thorough knowledge of business processes, policies and procedures in Human Resources management.
Experience with business transformation and business process redesign to support Information Technology system improvement and modernization.
Extensive project management and experience designing and implementing systems.
Demonstrated analytical ability to effectively interpret complex policies and procedures, collect, compile, and interpret HR data and reports, to make recommendations on policies and procedures.
Proven record of successful supervisory, management, and leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
Highly professional, detail oriented, deadline and task oriented. Demonstrated skills in establishing priorities, delegating workloads, and managing multiple activities to meet the needs of a Human Resources office.
Demonstrated experience in multitasking and employing personal initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills for complex systems, current reporting tools, techniques and standards.
Experience in ADP and Workday strongly preferred.
Experience in a global environment strongly preferred.
