Job Description
We’re growing our sales team at Crew and looking for experienced, proven, highly driven SaaS sellers. You’ll play an invaluable role in Crew’s growth strategy and ability to achieve company goals. This is a hunting role, where you will need to use prior executive relationships and understanding of the market to optimize your time and ensure results.
Your Role
- Drive new business sales into large Enterprise customers
- Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor
- Manage deals from lead to successful deployment
- Own client relationship and success
- Sell business value and align to clients’ business needs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver client success
Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 5 years prior experience in Enterprise Sales
- Experience selling to C suite
- You have experience engaging multiple stakeholders throughout the sales cycle including Human Resources, Operations, and IT
- Consistent overachievement of quota
- Prior experience selling SaaS / Cloud solutions
- Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Strong time management skills
- Prior startup experience a plus
- BS technical degree or equivalent
