Mission As Calm’s first Senior Enterprise Marketer, you will be responsible for a number of marketing programs, including content generation, messaging, sales and partner enablement, conferences and events. In this highly dynamic role, you will manage field marketing, build pitch decks and sales materials, develop case studies and research papers, run outbound marketing campaigns, manage conferences and events, and more. You will partner closely with our B2B sales, customer success, B2B growth, and consumer marketing teams to bring Calm to the biggest companies across the globe and help improve the lives of millions of employees.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive marketing and enablement playbooks for internal sales and external benefit broker teams
- Build our field marketing program and develop our strategy for hosted and sponsored events and conferences
- Develop case studies, white papers, customer testimonials, and other marketing materials that build our B2B brand and establish Calm as thought leaders in the space
- Partner with sales to refine our messaging & positioning, develop sales materials, and provide marketing support to our most valuable enterprise customers
- Ensure that your programs generate demand, drive revenue growth, and maximize adoption across our Enterprise and Jumbo accounts; produce and optimize reporting and analysis that shows the same
- Work closely with sales and product development teams to determine the most profitable course for each existing and new product
- Partner with sales to develop our outbound marketing and lead nurture playbooks for large, strategic accounts
- Conduct research and gather customer insights to inform our product, marketing, and sales strategies
Experience & Skills
- Has 6-10 years of B2B marketing or related experience at a technology company, with a minimum of 3 years doing high-end enterprise marketing
- Customer-centric, empathetic, and creative. You always build strategy around customer insights, you have a knack for understanding the wants and needs of others, and you’re great at generating creative new ideas around those customers.
- Scrappy, entrepreneurial, and resourceful. As an early member of a startup within a startup, we need people who can find creative ways to make a big impact without massive amounts of resources.
- Analytical and data-driven. You are a strong problem solver who knows how to use data to identify problems, find opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in our marketing and growth efforts
- Strong writing skillsExperience with enablement within a channel or broker ecosystem a big plus
- Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot inbound marketing software a big plus
