Purpose of Role:
The primary purpose of this role is to assess, support/design, implement, and roll out store initiatives that support store teams with driving business results This role will accomplish this through development, implementation, and in-store adoption of new programs, projects, concepts, and process improvements on the front end of Lowe’s stores. In scope areas include point of sale, self-checkout, customer service and returns, cash office, and pick up in store. In scope topics include technology, processes, associate training, roles and responsibilities, and associate recognition. In addition, this role supports day to day store operations, including sales, service, technology, omni-channel, and store communications.
