Job Description

Crew is a group messaging and productivity platform geared for those who don’t work in front of a computer. We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate people to help us build the company. What We Need: As the Talent Experience Coordinator, you will work closely with our hiring managers and recruiter to ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates. The Talent Experience Coordinator is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate and hiring manager relationships. You will be providing candidates with their first and lasting impression of Crew. You will work with candidates across the country to organize their virtual and onsite experiences. This requires you being one step ahead of the process, working with and setting up technologies and processes to effectively provide an efficient and seamless experience. We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, action oriented, and tech-savvy. This position will rely heavily on your excellent ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and problem solve in a fast paced environment. You are organized, work effectively across all levels and time-zones, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. At Crew you will broaden your experience and learn the art of full-cycle recruiting, recruiting technologies, people operations, and life in a startup. As part of a team that is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing on a broad recruiting strategy, you will lead the charge. You take pride in your work and demonstrate a can-do attitude. You challenge traditional thinking, leverage technology and build from the ground up with an entrepreneurial spirit and sense of ownership. You will support, own and drive a variety of initiatives, including our applicant tracking system, scheduling, candidate experience, onboarding, employee referral programs and social recruitment strategies. You will also be involved in measurement and improvement to increase effectiveness of our recruitment process. Your Contribution: * Create, manage and evolve an exceptional candidate experience * Schedule interviews, organize travel arrangements for candidates, set-up video conferencing, host the candidates onsite, and ensure interviews run smoothly. * Manage the implementation of technologies to automate tactical recruiting tasks * Own and track our social recruiting campaigns, and our Employee Referral Program * Maintain our Applicant Tracking System, monitor releases, and ensure the integrity of data in producing ad hoc recruiting reports * Work with recruiters and marketing to evolve and maintain job postings on our website and job boards * Be available to meet candidates needs through responsive communications. This may require coming to the office early, staying late, and communicating across time zones with candidates across the country. * Own the first week of the new employee experience, designing and managing onboarding at Crew Experience you bring: * Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR System experience. Lever ATS experience a plus. * Work and/or internship experience that demonstrates a customer experience mindset * Projects or work where you implemented and deployed processes technology to solve a problem and/or improve a process. * Experience working across multiple time zones and managing travel arrangements. * Activities that show an ability to anticipate what is coming and go above and beyond what is expected * Demonstrated ability to organize and keep a high standard for details * Self-directed and motivated problem solver with a track record of achievement * Solid and delightful written and spoken communication skills, with an ability to comfortably relate to different people with various backgrounds, countries and communication styles * A desire to learn and contribute to a growing company * Knowledge of Google's products * Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent field related experience Apply for this job
