This role is critical to the present future success of our restaurants as the systems you monitor and troubleshoot impact every meal that flows through our store. We’ll provide the support you need to ensure you’re successful in this role. Key Performance Objectives

• Learn the system that is running QSR ConnectSmart Kitchen 2019 within 60 days of hire.
• Within 60 days of hire, learn and become able to perform your job duties appropriately in the following systems: the ticketing system, Confluence, Jira, Slack, and Wiki, so that you can monitor the systems, research/resolve tickets, and escalate issues to the solution provider where appropriate.
• Support a system that is used to assist the production of all digital ordered salads at every sweetgreen location. Your performance target is maintaining 99.9% uptime for this system during peak hours 365 days a year by Q3 2020.
• Manage the build-out of the R&D Lab by ensuring the systems are updated and functioning, the work area is clean and ready for testing, setting up/breaking down test systems, and assembling the required lab equipment, so that every production system is up and running by Q3 2020.
• Read Systems Thinking by the first 30 days of hire and be prepared to have ongoing in-depth discussions with your manager about how to apply these insights to this role.
• Establish an alerting system for the production management system by Q4 2020.

Note: Work schedule is 5am to 3pm PST and on-call 24/7. You’ll need the ability to lift 35-50 lbs. This role is located at our sweetgreen R&D facility in Culver City, CA.

Success in this role requires someone with solid customer service chops, comfort working independently and as a team. You’ll want to have your A+ cert or equivalent and time troubleshooting, administrating, deploying, and managing Microsoft OS and iOS. If you have diagnosed and repaired network issues (LAN, WAN, and/or VLAN), have exposure to support engineering tools (Wireshark, SysInternals, insider, LogMeIn, RealVNC, & RemoteDeskTop), and have working knowledge of utilities and management tools like scripting, app monitoring, log aggregation, device management, network analysis, security testing (PowerShell, Batch), we’d love to hear from you!
