Enterprise Product Manager

The Enterprise Product Manager will ensure Calm builds a customer driven Enterprise product. You will design and build a product with commercialization in mind. You'll be able to communicate clearly to all stakeholders, lead a team of designers and engineers, work closely with Sales team when identifying product opportunities, and ensure the Enterprise Product team has everything they need to be successful.

What you'll do

• Ramp up on current customers
• Identify customer needs through user research
• Define and manage the Calm Enterprise (iOS, Android, web) product roadmap
• Set Calm mobile product goals and track deliverables
• Drive product strategy forward, prioritize major initiatives
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify and propose high-impact testing opportunities
• Define and oversee product roll-out strategy
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and business leads on product flows and aesthetics
• Ensure seamless project execution and document learnings for continued growth
• Write specifications defining why and how features should work
• Define AB tests
• Wireframe user flows
• Collaborate in a fast paced environment with multiple teams
