The opportunity

Exciting news! We just hit $10 million in annual revenue, and are looking for great people to help us scale to meet demand. As our first Demand Generation Manager, you’ll work at the intersection of partnerships, content, and sales. You’ll create marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels, including events, SEM, email, retargeting, targeted social advertising, and cooperative marketing with partners.

Within three months, you'll:
  • Have a deep understanding of our ideal customers and our direct sales team.
  • Take ownership over the digital marketing budget and create a spending plan by channel. Create co-signed goals, budget, and campaigns for the next quartner.
  • Test and measure early campaigns to identify top performing channels to accelerate customer acquisition through digital investment. Generate new demos & product trials.
  • Take ownership over the digital marketing budget and create a spending plan by channel.
  • Run comarketing partner campaigns across email, webinar, landing page, and digital mediums.
  • Partner with content and product marketing to create campaign messaging, funnel paths, and promotion strategies.
  • Work with sales leadership to establish SDR SLAs, reporting, and ways to improve response times & opportunity rates.
  • Create strategies to increase website visits and content downloads.
  • Evaluate which parts of demand generation should be aided with agencies, and which should be executed solely in-house.
Within six months, you'll:
  • Own a new sales opportunity commit; optimizing budgets, channels, and mediums to effectively generate new opportunities.
  • Work closely with our data team to create real-time performance dashboards into demand generation performance.
  • Forge new comarketing partnerships, own integrated campaigns end-to-end, and run website conversion rate optimization campaigns.
  • Provide proactive guidance into how the company can best grow or self-serve & Inside Sales revenue models.
  • Increase SDR opportunity rates and reduce time to contact, working closely with the manager of sales development.
Preferred skills and background
  • 2+ years of previous SaaS experience in demand generation
  • Experience working closely with a B2B sales team
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Marketing Automation a strong plus
  • Possess an owner mindset, comfortably spearheading and running projects
  • Comfortable with pitching in with other projects as the team needs
