The Business Systems Operations group provides support to all departments within the ABIS US Retail organization as it relates to the DST TA2000 application. The services the department provide assist the operational areas in their processing and reporting needs on a periodic or ad hoc basis. The members of the BSO team provide a variety of services including but not limited to new fund administration, mergers, conversions, annual fid fee runs, annual purge runs, 12B1 quarterly runs, ABIS nightly fund pricing, dividend runs, TA2000 enhancements/implementations, project management, main frame job submission, account statistical list/reports, and user security for the SS&C suite of products.

We are seeking a San Antonio Texas-based BSO Analyst to join our TASK team in the Business Systems Operations Group.
The Business Systems Operations TASK Analysts are responsible for providing system administration, system research,
and system enhancement support. They aid AllianceBernstein Investor Services (ABIS) operational personnel by
coordinating system enhancement projects and resolving system related record-keeping issues. They ensure that problem items are resolved in a manner both timely and compliant with departmental standards and industry regulations. They also serve as a liaison between ABIS and SS&C, our vendor for the external mutual fund record-keeping system.

Qualifications, Experience, Education:
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent hours) in a business related or information technology discipline and/or work related experience in an equivalent position.
Skills:
This position requires excellent time management and analytical skills coupled with an understanding of basic office technology and its application. Above average written and communication skills are required. Experience with Project Management is a plus.
