The Stash Marketing Team is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Associate to help execute our product marketing strategy. The Senior Product Marketing Associate will report to the Product Marketing Director, and work closely with the entire marketing team. If you have superior attention to detail, great communication skills (both verbal and written), and are excited to get into the nitty-gritty of campaign execution - Stash is looking for you!
What you'll do:
- Campaign execution:
- Develop CRM strategies for core products. Communications include prospecting streams, product onboarding, full lifecycle messaging and reactivation efforts
- Ensure best-in-class CRM tactics are being implemented across the board
- Work with Director to ideate promotions and create campaign calendar for member acquisition, adoption and usage of specific products, coordinating across departments - Compliance, Acquisition, Product and Operations
- Create messaging plans and execute campaigns across a variety of different channels including - email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and in-app content
- Manage production timelines and execute deployment of all outbound messaging related to products you are aligned to
- Metrics and reporting:
- Forecast and track metrics against key products you are aligned to
- Prepare regular marketing reports that analyze and summarize the performance of campaigns - overall and on segment level.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Data to implement A/B tests and analyze results and continuously optimize messaging content, frequency, and cadence to maximize engagement and LTV
- Contribute to a team culture of testing, optimizing, and continually improving
- Segmentation, research, and strategy:
- Build strategic product fit plans within greater context of customer base and beyond to position feature launches.
- Conduct and leverage market research, competitive analysis and audience insights to think creatively about segmentation, targeting and customizing experiences within appropriate channels and messages
- Develop segmentation and targeted messaging strategies and implement across channels
What we're looking for:
- 2-4 years of marketing experience
- Experience deploying on Braze platform (Preferred)
- Experience working with HTML email templates
- Experience in developing and deploying email and in-app campaigns via CRM tools
- A desire to learn new things and constantly improve
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships and collaborate
- Master of organization
- Creative thinking and ability to thrive in a small team, in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data to analyze performance and lift
- Writing experience, with a flawless command of spelling and grammar conventions
- Superior attention to detail
