The customer service specialist will provide best-in-class support to our customers. We are looking for a self-starter who is interested in joining a rapidly growing late-stage startup. Be prepared to wear many hats and get your hands dirty. A typical day would consist of responding to customer support emails, and educating customers on our product via inbound calls.
