Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue, expense, and staffing forecasts and reporting
• Prepare standard reports, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis
• Builds and trains staff on finance and accounting policies and procedures
• Develop, maintain, and update revenue forecasting model
• Support other ad hoc analysis and forecasting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with CPA or MBA;
• 5 years of experience in the finance or accounting field;
• Strong working knowledge of financial and accounting processes;
• Excellent analytical, as well as written and oral communication, skills;
• Excellent computer skills with a strong knowledge of Microsoft® Excel; and
• Past supervisory experience preferred.
