What's the role?

As a Sales Support Specialist (m/f/x), you will help the team in driving new account acquisition and maintaining superior account management. You will be responsible for monitoring sales and performance of accounts by answering Customer requests, maintaining performance dashboards, compiling and analyzing data on performance metrics. You will also have frequent interaction with other sales teams on special projects and cross-functional initiatives to ensure best practices across the region and alignment with global processes. You will ensure that all KPIs are known and reported accurately in a timely manner, taking care of reporting tools and support materials l to the HERE Sales Process.   • Support team members in managing all Salesforce CRM (SFDC) related activities – data hygiene and accuracy
  • Maintain/update monthly Finance forecast files, ensuring accurate changes are captured and tracked
  • Facilitate Internal Approval Process (IAP) and contract execution with Here Contract Management (HCM) tool
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports being utilized during sales management meetings.
  • Follow up on customer’s monthly reports and outstanding payments
  • Maintain and update team’s SharePoint with relevant documentation and tools
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Ops and Revenue Marketing teams on lead management
  • Become an expert in sales operation processes and tools. Training the sales team on any new process launch and tools rollout related to Sales Operations and SFDC.

Who are you?

You are a strong match for this role if you have the following skills, competencies and experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Business or related fields
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent English requiered
  • Able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented
  • Willing to challenge the status quo with new ideas, new approaches, and new solutions, while deeply understanding and respecting what works today
  • Attention to detail and ability to execute against tight timelines
  • Automotive industry background
